Husband and Father of 2, who spends his time skateboard surfing with his golden retriever and builds intelligent systems.
Every major technology platform eventually disappears into the background. Nobody says they are “using electricity” when they turn on a light. Nobody says they are “using cloud” when they open an application. Infrastructure becomes powerful when it stops being noticed — but it only disappears after it becomes reliable, governed, observable,
When AI agents can take action, enterprises need containment, rollback, escalation, and kill-switch controls --not just prevention and dashboards. Executive Summary Most enterprise AI governance still focuses on prevention. Set policies. Define guardrails. Review use cases. Approve tools. Limit access. Monitor behavior. All of that matters. But it is
If AI agents can act, they need identity, ownership, permissions, scope, auditability, and lifecycle management; not just prompts and guardrails. Executive Summary Enterprises are preparing for a world where AI agents do real work. That means agents will not only answer questions. They will open tickets, query databases, draft customer
Static rules cannot govern autonomous systems. Enterprises need policies that understand context, risk, intent, identity, and business impact in real time. Executive Summary AI governance is entering a new phase. The first phase was policy-as-document: acceptable-use standards, model risk frameworks, review boards, and compliance binders. The second
The winners will not be the companies with the most models. They will be the companies with the best control plane for orchestration, observability, policy, and trust. Most AI transformation programs are still asking the wrong question. They ask: Which model should we use? That question mattered in the first
The biggest risk in agentic AI is not that agents generate bad answers. It is that they can take real action before the enterprise has enough visibility, policy, and control. The risk is moving from output to action For years, enterprise AI risk conversations focused on outputs. Did the model
Cloud security taught enterprises how to secure dynamic infrastructure. Agentic security will teach them how to secure autonomous action. The security model is shifting again Every major technology platform creates a new security model. The mainframe created centralized access control. The internet created perimeter security. Mobile created device and identity
As AI moves from copilots to autonomous agents, enterprises need a new operating layer for visibility, governance, security, and real-time control. The enterprise AI stack is changing For the last decade, enterprise technology leaders have been focused on cloud transformation, data modernization, application modernization, and digital workflows. Now a

The biggest mistake enterprises can make is treating AI governance as a committee process only. Committees are useful. Policies are necessary. Risk reviews matter. But agentic AI operates at runtime. It makes decisions in context. It calls tools dynamically. It may interact with other agents. It may act faster than
